Key Responsibilities
- Refactor existing codebase to make it more modular and maintainable.
- Collaborate closely with the Python Quant team in implementing and optimizing solutions.
- Transition legacy libraries from C++ to Python, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Utilize SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Apply mathematical principles to quantitative finance tasks.
Skills And Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in software development, preferably within the finance industry.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages.
- Strong understanding of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Background in mathematics, with the ability to apply mathematical concepts to quantitative finance problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Appreciation for differences in style or perspective, contributing to value-driven decisions.
