Job Opportunity: Junior Python Developer

My client, a proprietary, algorithmic trading company in the cryptocurrency markets, is seeking a Junior Python Developer to join their team. The company develops all trading strategies and algorithms in-house, utilizing machine learning and AI techniques with a strong focus on data.

Overview of the Role

• You will be responsible for developing trading systems, including deploying models, executing orders, reconciling trades, interfacing with Crypto exchanges, and more.
• Your initial task will involve redeveloping existing code and proposing new ways to structure systems. Subsequently, you will incorporate new trading strategies and implement upgrades.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with Python3
• Experience with high-performance libraries like Numpy and Tensorflow
• Experience with JIT compilers like Numba
• Ability to implement best practices in code management and testing
• Experience interfacing with APIs and Websockets, especially those used by Crypto exchanges
• Experience working in a Linux environment

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of GPU programming, including CUDAA
• Previous experience in writing execution trading strategies and managing trading systems
