About the Position
As a Python Developer at SupPlant, you will play a pivotal role in our R&D department and you'll make a major impact on our business.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency algorithms.
- Delivering high-availability and performance.
- Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Writing well designed, testable, efficient code.
- Debug and maintain the existing system.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Python development
- Previous experience with SaaS development with cloud platforms (i.e. AWS)
- Database experience, working knowledge of SQL and Non-Relational Databases (MySql/ Cassandra)
- Experience using Git / GitHub
- Understanding of architecture and infrastructure
- Self-starter, fast learner, passionate, creative, can-do attitude and a great team player
- Excellent English communication skills spoken and written
Nice to have
- Experience with Java development.
- Experience with MLOps.
- Experience with containers, orchestration, and CI\CD processes.
- Familiar with agile\SCRUM methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge and experience of the agriculture and irrigation industry.
