Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Discussion and Collaboration:
  • Engage in discussions with stakeholders on business needs and technology requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technology teams to define and influence the strategy for next-generation solutions.

• Expertise On Actimize Platform:
  • Demonstrate expertise in Actimize platform features and have a full understanding of ACTONE features.

• Strategic And Tactical Solutions:
  • Delineate and derive strategic solutions.
  • Identify tactical solutions when necessary.

• Documentation And Agile Standards:
  • Write requirements and design documents following Agile (SCRUM) standards.

• Data Analysis:
  • Perform data analysis to aid development work and address other business needs.

• Data Quality Controls:
  • Define and lead data quality controls for the application.

• Testing And Validation:
  • Participate in the testing effort to validate and approve technology solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) system (not mandatory, but good to have).

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Possess Scrum certification.
