Job Description

• Mandatory Technical Skills:
  • Core Java, OOPS Concept, python programming
  • Amazon cloud/AWS concepts and experience
  • Looking for candidates professional service background
• Good To Have:
  • Enterprise search, Unstructured content processing
  • Amazon Contact Center Intelligence
  • Amazon Kendra concepts, API, security model, etc

Responsibility

• POC preparation (e.g. access to sample content, IAM roles)
• Sample content analysis
• POC use case elaboration and translation to project activities functional, access control, etc
• Fitment of activities into agreed timeline
• Customer communication to clarify expected output
• Coming up with golden set of queries and ensuring buy-in from customer
• Traceability of final demo to the agreed POC plan
