Immobiliare Labs is the technological department of immobiliare.it, with over 150 people developing all the technical solutions for websites and apps, from design to creating software, mostly Open Source. For the past fifteen years, we have led the digital revolution in the way people search for homes and aim to be pioneers in future changes.
Team
Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering (AIDE) is the team responsible for defining and applying data collection and processing methodologies through data streaming and big data infrastructures. They analyze data to create innovative AI models and products in the real estate sector for distribution via microservices or analysis workflows.

Mansioni
- Analyze and design scalable, resilient, fault-tolerant software solutions operating on data from diverse sources.
- Develop and maintain APIs, architectures, streams, and ETL pipelines for data processing.
- Collaborate with the data scientists to determine data processing requirements and availability.
Requisiti:
- Python knowledge.
- Relational database knowledge (e.g., MySQL) and data querying.
- Document database knowledge (e.g., MongoDB).
- GIT knowledge.
Requisiti preferenziali:
- Knowledge of REST API methodology and best practices (FastAPI).
- Experience with data-related open-source projects: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Spark, Airflow, Flink.
- Proficiency in Ansible, Docker, Terraform.
- Linux and Bash knowledge.
- Familiarity with public/private cloud environments (AWS, GCP, OpenStack) for AI and data pipeline operations.
- Basic understanding of Snowflake.
