Experience we're looking for:
- Python
- One or more widely used Python web frameworks (Django or Flask for example)
- API Development
- Database Management
- Testing
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Containerization and Orchestration (Preferrably Docker & K8s)
- React/Angular/Vue or other widely used frontend framework

Our model
In your first year with us, you will engage in interesting projects for our customers, much like most traditional consultancy companies. What sets us apart is that parallell to this we will help you with everything you need to establish your own business and start your freelancing journey with minimal hassle. After the first year, whenever you feel prepared, we will help you find your first assignment. From that point, you'll be standing independently, and have started your journey as a freelancing consultant, and your own boss!
During your time at Independtech you'll have access to specialists in salary, accounting, auditing and bookkeeping. You'll be part of a growing network of freelacers to connect and exchange experiences with. Compensation
We have two different compensation models, because we believe that people value different things.
- Fixed salary and all the benefits and security of a traditional employment.
- Percentage-based compensation structure where you will directly benefit from the revenue you generate, similar to most freelancing compensation models.
