Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Algo, Business Development, Middle Office, and Trading Tech to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications, ensuring high-quality code that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility for end-users.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize existing infrastructure and proposing innovative solutions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates on project status, feasibility, and timelines.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively incorporating new tools and best practices into our development process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of software development experience.
• Python programming, with at least 3 years of practical experience.
• Javascript/Typescript, with a focus on modern web frameworks such as React, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
