Job Title: Full Stack Python Developer
Company: healthKERI
Location: Remote, North American Time Zones (Southern California/Utah a plus)
About healthKERI
Health data should be easy to share and impossible to hack. At healthKERI, we don’t use grand statements about how we’re “revolutionizing healthcare” with cutting-edge technology (though we plan to); or flowery language about the “majestic simplicity” of our solution (though it is simple). We just want health systems to have control over their sensitive health information.
Inspired by the ever-growing need for data security and integrity—133 million medical records were breached in 2023—we harness the power of the open-source, Key Event Receipt Infrastructure (KERI) protocol. KERI represents the world’s first solid foundation for safeguarding data throughout its lifecycle. We aim to ensure that it remains fraud-proof, auditable, and secure.
We are building an innovative, truly zero-trust Cybersecurity as a Service (CSaaS) product. Our product roadmap includes more than just safeguarding data; we’re going to build meta-data analytics on duplicity-evident computing infrastructure to provide a first-of-its-kind AI for virtually instantaneous attack detection, response, and recovery.
By utilizing the KERI protocol, we’re going beyond the minimum required, insufficient information security standards in healthcare and working to secure every event and interaction within the health data supply chain.
Our “Sign Everything” motto means applying KERI’s superpowers to every transaction, API call, and exchange of PHI. A digital, verifiable signature system working in the background to fulfill healthKERI’s promise of immutable authenticity for your system’s data. If it sounds like a big job, well, that’s because it is. If you love Python and want to work at the confluence of information security and AI, you’ll find no better opportunity. So, let’s partner up and get signing.
