Mandatory Skill Requirements

Looking for a full-stack engineer responsible for the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of technology solutions that enable the growth of Apollo Insurance asset management business, focusing on Front Office, Middle Office, Risk analytics, and Performance attributions. Candidate should have experience in capital market front office or middle office technologies. Also, experience in Aladdin, asset management, risk analytics, performance attribution is desirable. Key Skills include Aladdin and its interfaces, Asset Management and risk analytics technologies, Snowflake, Python, SQL, .Net, and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Leading the collection and documentation of user requirements
• Analyzing, designing, and developing solutions for major components and features
• Designing test cases, executing manual and automated testing, and documenting test results
• Ensuring secure, high code quality across the entire team
• Interfacing with key stakeholders and business leaders
• Working with cross-functional teams for delivery
• Responsible for peer reviews of product designs and related code
• Developing interfaces with other systems, internal, and external checks
• Following Agile SDLC and Github CI/CD best practices

Required Experience & Key Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields
• 10+ years of work experience in investment management technologies
• 3+ years of experience in investment management platforms BRS Aladdin
• Working experience in Agile Delivery Model, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and Snowflake
• Proficiency in .Net suites and expertise in various database technologies
• Experience in visualization tools such as PowerBI or similar
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and thrive in an environment with open-ended problems
• Excited about technology and have a strong interest in learning new technologies
• Customer Service Orientation and strong teamwork skills
