• Knowledge of Middleware: Java stack, messaging technologies, containerization, web containers, and test automation.
• Experience: Coding in more than one programming language.
• Technologies: Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Python Programming: Experience and familiarity with core data science libraries.
• Package Managers: Understanding different package managers and test frameworks.
• Continuous Integration/Delivery Tools: GIT, Cloudbees Jenkins, uDeploy, Pivotal Concourse.
• Python Web Frameworks: Like Flask, Django (a plus).
• Formal Language Design: Concepts like type systems (a plus).
• Quant Research: Processes, methodologies, and tools (a plus).
• Financial Data: Experience (a plus).
