Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to architect, design, and implement AI-driven solutions Analyse, design, build and implement Microservice-based solutions using Modern frameworks and Cloud technologies Conduct research and development processes for AI strategies; Build technology stack for AI/ML use cases from concept to production deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI applications can stimulate business growth Create Generative AI pipelines & technology stack e.g., Orchestration, Prompt engineering, Fine Tuning, etc. Deploy AI/ML models into production and build API layer for application integration Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights; Collaborate with other members of the team, in an Agile environment Participate in the technical design of the solution and ensure the prescribed architecture, development best practices, security standards are adhered to Stay current with industry trends, conduct assessments, and provide recommendations for innovative technology solutions Able to communicate effectively, build relationships, and influence outcomes in a cross-functional, matrixed organization A proactive driver of continuous improvement opportunities across business processes and system solutions A relentless, versatile learner who is open to and embraces change, in an endeavour to enhance adoption of system solutions Able to persevere and overcome resistance or setbacks while pursuing innovation and Team goals with energy & drive Collaborative and knowledge sharing with a knack for stakeholder engagement
Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in implementing Enterprise Projects related to IT; 5 years of experience in strategizing and developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions
- Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries for AI, Machine Learning, and Data manipulation
- Extensive experience in building RESTful APIs using design principles, including versioning, error handling, and pagination
- Experience in Generative AI stack – Large Language Models / Foundation Models, Vector databases e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Orchestration stack
- Hands on experience in building AI orchestration with frameworks like LangChain
- Strong understanding of Cloud Data & AI stack on Azure / AWS; Understanding of data processing frameworks e.g., Data Bricks, Airflow etc.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including experience with React JS and NodeJS, Solid understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and methodologies
- Solid knowledge of databases, such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, and proficiency in writing efficient queries
- Experience with authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, JWT) and securing APIs
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and familiarity with related technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with API management platforms and tools (e.g., Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex API issues
- Knowledge of serverless architecture and experience with serverless computing platforms/services (e.g., Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)
- Passion for technology and a strong ambition to excel in the field of AI
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
