Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• 3 years of experience leading a team of engineers
• 10 years of experience in finance within a front office setting
• Extensive knowledge of commodities such as power, gas, and oil
• Experience leading a highly technical quant dev/software engineering team
• In-depth understanding of commodities and trading
• Experience in building supply and demand fundamental models
• Proficiency in modern software development practices
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Python with scientific libraries like pandas, numpy, and scipy
• SQL database knowledge
• 3 years of hands-on development experience working with PM's and traders
