EPC (Evolved Packet Core) Python Tester (Long Term Contract) (East Coast)

Location: Remote with occasional visits to the New Jersey Office in Branchburg, New Jersey

Must Haves:

• Have worked on developing or using any of the automated framework using Python/Perl/TCL/Robot Framework.
• Any scripting language.
• If answer is NO to 1, then any experience in developing/using any scripts with Python to automate test cases.
• Must be located in the East Coast to travel to the office periodically in Branchburg, New Jersey.

Job Specs

• Wireless Core Network expertise 4G required, 4G/5G desired.
• Experience in supporting the production network and network elements.
• Hands-on use of network assurance tools.
• Interpret and implement requirements into test cases.
• Experience analyzing test results and investigating for root cause.
• Python experience to automate test cases.
• Network Automation Design and development experience.

Nice to have

• Pro-Services delivery experience with Tier 1 and 2 carriers and MSO's implementing large-scale wireless network service assurance solutions.
• An understanding of existing and future 3GPP and 3GPP2 network architectures.
• Knowledge of wireless technologies such as: X-CSCF, PCRF, HSS, AAA, SGSN, GGSN, MME, P-GW, S-GW, Home Agent, WAP Gateway, DPI Solutions, and Billing systems, IPv4, IPv6, Proxy Mobile IP, GTP, Iu, Gb, Radius, Diameter.
• Self-motivated and track record for completing projects on time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Installation, upgrade, downgrade, backup Alarm KPI monitoring and interpretation.
