Job Opportunity: Engineering Team Lead (Python)

Up to £105k + Stock – AI/Sustainability

As Engineering Team Lead, you will be split focus across hands-on and management of a small yet mature and impactful team. Responsible for helping set practice, define standards within the team, and create the tech roadmap. The work this year is complex, interesting, and sure to challenge you.

Requirements for the role:

• Commercial experience with Python needed
• Prior experience leading teams (nice to have)
• Experience with IOT, Networking, SysOps, Robotics (Huge Plus)
