Our client is a premier casino games provider, known for exceptional slot titles and gameplay across multiple platforms. The Python Engineering Manager will lead a team focusing on Python programming and data-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and nurture a team of Python engineers for success.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with teams to create Python-driven promotional campaigns.
• Technical Mastery: Stay updated on Python advancements and refine campaign development processes.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee procedures to maintain the precision and security of campaign systems.
• Project Oversight: Manage timelines and resources to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for enhancement.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Python programming with data using both streaming and batched methods.
• Advanced knowledge of basic database management.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills along with excellent communication.
• Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
• Experience with cloud computing preferred, Google Cloud Platform familiarity is an advantage.
• 5 years of experience managing a development team through a full cycle project.
