The Mar Tech Data Team: Engineering Role

The Mar Tech Data Team is seeking an Engineer to be part of an exciting and fast-paced entrepreneurial team focused on delivering the next generation marketing tech capabilities and innovative R&D products.

Requirements include hands-on expertise with Big Data platforms and tools, a willingness to learn new technologies, and strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver software functionality independently
  • Participate in code reviews and automated testing
  • Provide continuous support for ongoing application availability

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of work experience
  • 2+ years of software design and development experience
  • Familiarity with Agile or other rapid application development methods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and take pride in quickly deploying working software
  • Strong analytical skills and effective presentation abilities

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
