Data Analyst Position
A Data Analyst with experience processing and analyzing large, complex data sets is urgently required to work with our Higher Education client. The Data Analyst will analyze large data sets to determine trends to support effective root cause analysis, supporting education administration and student experience projects.
Essential Skills
- Experience of processing and analyzing large, complex data sets.
- Ability to effectively use Management Information tools/visualization technologies (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience of using coding languages (e.g. Python) to analyze and visualize data.
- Experienced in working in large, complex, and decentralized organizations with a significant number of diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to produce complex, detailed reports and data.
- Experience of working with spreadsheets and other analytical tools.
- Excellent Excel skills including for modeling using complex data.
- A collaborative approach to work, allowing relevant input to shape your approach.
- Must be numerical and comfortable with data/information analysis and reporting.
Desirable Skills
- Experience of using statistical software packages (e.g. Minitab).
- Relational databases and associated query languages skills (SQL).
- Experience of working within the Higher Education sector.
Role Details
The role is inside IR35 and requires 1-2 days on site working per week in central London.
