Who We Are

Conexess is a full-service staffing firm offering contract, contract-to hire, and direct placements. We have a wide range of recruiting capabilities extending from help desk technicians to CIOs. We are also capable of offering project-based work.

Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Data Analyst in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct analytic support through extraction and interpretation of data directly from data warehouses.
  • Provide reporting, analytic support, data visualization services and consultation to our core customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and will require cross-functional collaboration.
  • This role will require a reporting and analytics background with many activities specific to product development, client reporting, and product performance.
  • Possess functional, technical and advanced business knowledge to provide customized solutions for information requests.
  • In addition, there will be a technical component that is required with a thorough understanding of relational databases, pharmacy and/or medical claims data, and writing SQL code.

Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in analytics, solving complex business problems using data tools and analytical processes. Healthcare analytics experience preferred.
  • Skilled with data analysis tools and querying using tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, Databricks, Hadoop or other big data platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage work load for multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, problem solving skills, ability to compile and analyze information, ensure data integrity, and provide resolutions or recommendations.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required; individual must have experience interacting with senior leadership.
  • Adaptable and interested in learning new tools and data sources.
  • Flexibility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; operates well with ambiguity.
