Data Analyst/Developer - ODOO/Python

Job Description

A fast-growing E-commerce furniture retailer is looking to fill in the position of Analyst-Developer who strives to develop professionally and personally in the field of E-commerce.

Analyst-developer ODOO ERP / Python Tasks

• Processing and updating product data in ERP
• Analyzing, automating, and mapping current business processes in the company
• Analyze and process data to identify opportunities to improve business processes
• Development and coordination of changes in business processes with CEO
• Making changes and finalizing the current infrastructure to meet the needs and requirements of the business (design of new features, revision, and improvement of old ones)
• Researching new technologies and methods to integrate them into the business
• Developing and implementing strategies based on analytical data (unit economics, pricing, sales forecasting)
• Resolving operational incidents of systems and applications
• Preparing user documentation, counseling users

Required Skills

• Higher math or economics degree
• Python; GitHub; Excel, Microsoft Office
• English (professional level)
• Previous expertise in ODOO (would be an advantage)
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a development analyst
• Formulation of requirements in business-friendly terms
• Experience in analyzing business processes of companies
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Ability to build logic chains and analyze them
• Non-conflict, flexible, systematic
• Speak simply about the complex, including by visualizing and formalizing this information (depending on the listener)
• Desire to develop personally and professionally in a growing E-commerce company
