Our client, Shift Code Analytics, is seeking a Conversational Engineer for a remote role initially with the need for relocation shortly.

Responsibilities

• - Prompt Engineering and RAG, Vector database
• - Experience working with NLP and Machine Learning
• - Expert experience working with GenAI and LLM tools (i.e. GPT, BERT)
• - Tangible experience working with ETL, relational databases, NoSQL or MongoDB
• - Worked on Vertex AI and good experience on Voice AI conversation
• - 5+ on Python
• - Nuance IVR/Microsoft
• - Dialogflow, RASA
