Backend Engineer Role
As a Backend Engineer (Python) at XOi, you will:
- Solve fun and interesting problems focused on extending and improving core product offerings.
- Participate in architecture conversations and solution ideation sessions.
- Create and consume APIs and pipelines to support web and mobile applications.
- Assist in creating design artifacts and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure you are writing testable code with the next developer in mind.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science desired or relevant work experience. Experience with AWS, serverless framework, NoSQL databases, and more. Good understanding of REST-based services and cloud-based server-side security principles.
Nice To Have’s
- Comfortable with CI/CD development and organizational practices.
- Experience with DynamoDB, Cognito, GraphQL, architectural patterns, and frameworks for mobile app development.
- Experience with authentication and authorization utilizing SSO.
