Hyper is seeking a backend developer to contribute to building the world's largest avatar platform, with a focus on avatar expression tools for VTubing and the metaverse. You will...

• Rapidly develop new features focused on avatar expression tools
• Contribute to the growth and infrastructure of the metaverse
• Own responsibilities for the backend, including the development of new features, deploying new services, and investigating the integration of new technologies
• Triage issues, alerts, warnings, and manage infrastructure for users and the team

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Django Rest Framework or equivalent experience through personal projects
• Experience with infrastructure stack and rapid development/deployment of services: Django Rest Framework, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, AWS
• A public online portfolio showcasing your projects
• Exceptional written communication skills for remote team collaboration
