Position Description
CGI has an immediate need for an AWS Python Developer to join our financial services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting the secondary mortgage industry. The position is based in Columbia, SC, Belton, TX or Lafayette, LA, or anywhere in the US where CGI has an office in the Central/Eastern Time Zones.

Your future duties and responsibilities
The role of the AWS Cloud Engineer is to design, develop cloud infrastructure components to meet business requirements. The engineer must demonstrate the ability to efficiently certify technology capabilities, troubleshoot applications, and AWS Cloud infrastructure.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 5+ years of team experience.
- Expertise in languages like Java, Python, SQL.
- Experience in AWS Glue, ETL workflows, Spark, AWS EMR, and ECS.
