Job Description:

Looking for a Senior AWS Data Engineer with Python expertise. Passionate about revolutionizing data engineering in the energy sector. Design, deploy, and optimize data pipelines using cutting-edge AWS services. Candidate must be a Python pro.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows on AWS.
• Implement data ingestion processes from various sources using AWS services such as Glue, S3, and Lambda.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Python and AWS Glue.
• Optimize and tune AWS-based data solutions for performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and performance bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, and Lambda.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Strong SQL Skills And Experience Working With Relational Databases.
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Presto is a plus.
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
