Responsibilities

Proactively monitors data quality and system health. Works with Engineering team to design new monitors and/or implements new monitors when possible. Works with dashboard designer to build reporting for stakeholders. Works with London based engineering team to produce “ready for business report” every morning. Works with dashboard designer and stakeholders to constantly update report to meet their needs. Acts as the first point of engineering contact for Los Angeles based support team. Identifies impacted systems and root causes. Proposes fixes. Manages handover to London Engineers.
